What we do
We map how work actually moves through the organization, remove the manual handoffs, and rebuild the path so it holds up when volume changes. Revenue cycle projects, ERP and CRM implementations, and the operational redesign that has to happen around them.
Recurring work rebuilt as scheduled, monitored jobs: reporting packs, data refreshes, and the handoffs between systems that nobody owns. AI is used where it genuinely does the job and conventional automation where it does the job better.
Executive dashboards and KPI systems, and the data pipelines underneath them, built in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx. Predictive models and demand and revenue forecasting where the data supports them.
The deep finance disciplines. Budgeting, forecasting, and actuals-to-plan variance that updates itself; three-statement and M&A models; scenario planning; and the board and investor materials built on top of them.
